Used for - This PABX master socket should be connected to the main incoming telephone line into a property/building. A private automatic branch exchange (PABX) is an automatic telephone switching system that is commonly found within a business premises which multiple telephones. Originally, these systems were called private branch exchanges (PBX) - required the use of a live operator.
It cannot be used as a secondary extension socket and the faceplate is supplied with its own back box and can be fitted using the included fixing screws.
