The deflectors assist with controlling heat levels so you can cook low & slow, do the perfect roast & grill, or turn up the heat and be fast & furious! They also increase the cooking area of the BBQ if used in various ways. Use with the ys12024 56cm (22”) Kamado Grill or it is suitable for all kamado models of a similar construction and size.
