Scart to 5 RCA Component + Audio Out Cable
LOOPS® More information about the wiring is available at the bottom of the listing. Scart to Component & Audio Cable - Component video (YPbPr) is a signal that has been separated into 3 constituent components, red, green and blue. Audio is also encorporated into the design and is stored as 2 separate signals, white (for left audio) and red (for right audio). The scart connection is wired for a component and audio output. Component cable supports – 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p resolutions. This cable supports higher resolutions than many cables on the market, therefore satisfaction is guaranteed when in use with any piece of equipment on the market at the moment. Gold plated connectors – Solid brass conductors with a 24 carat gold plating. Fully screened cable (shielded) – This prevents interference and reduces noise and crosstalk from other sources that may be situated around the cable. The signal produced is a lot cleaner with fewer defects. Durable PVC jacket – This thick jacket helps to protect the cable against wear and tear. Cable strain relief to protect the cable – Enables the cable to be bent in a multitude of directions without breaking, unlike many leads sold by different companies. Full bandwidth reproduction – Our ‘thick’ cables have an excellent frequency response to produce a high clarity reproduction with a wide dynamic range. 75 ohm cable – Any distortions arising from unmatched impedances in the cable are eradicated using dielectric material to maintain the 75 ohm impedance. OFC – oxygen free copper to increase signal quality across the length of the cable. Ideal for LCD and plasma screens (HDTV), Televisions, projectors, DVD players, freeview, satellite and cable receivers. Perfect for connecting any two devices, when one features a YPbPr (component) and audio input (TV) and one features a component scart output (DVD Player) and of course require a better picture quality! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE SETTINGS ON YOUR OUTPUT DEVICE (E.G. DVD PLAYER) TO ENSURE IT CAN OUTPUT IN COMPONENT/YPbPr. IF IT DOES NOT, THIS CABLE WILL NOT WORK. For example, this cable will not work with sky+ boxes because the output signal from the scart is RGB, not component. |
