DVI-I To DVI-I Male Video Cable

This cable is Dual Link (sometimes referred to as DVI-DL), not Single Link – Dual link transfers data at speeds of up to 9.96gbit/s, with a massive 24 Bits per pixel, which is more than ample for any LCD monitor on the market at the moment. The DVI connector is dual link because there are 24 pins present. On single link transfer there are 6 fewer pins therefore the transfer rate is reduced to half the dual link rate. Pixels make up all displays. The number of pixels able to be transferred in dual link mode is double that of single link mode thus making our dual link leads second to none.

Triple Shielding, PVC jacket and an outer Nylon Sheath! - Simply unbeatable, all noise is diminished. The signal is pure and unmarked.

Matching Impedance - The cable has been made with dielectric material to maintain the impedance across the cable and increase signal quality.

Gold plated connectors – What’s the point in a high quality cable if the signal is not transferred properly? The connectors on this lead are a solid metal alloy with 24 carat gold plating. These leads don't have a lacquer protection because they do not need it (the gold will not tarnish). 24 carat gold achieves better conductivity when lacquer is not in use and provides a purer signal transfer.

OFC – The lead is made using oxygen free copper which increases the signal quality across the length of the cable. This generates a much purer signal.

Cable strain relief to protect the cable - Enables the DVI lead to be bent in a multitude of directions without breaking, unlike many poorer quality DVI leads sold by different companies.

Function - These cables were designed to transfer high-bandwidth uncompressed digital video or an uninterrupted high quality analogue signal. Please remember that DVI cables don’t transfer audio signals. If you want sound, you will usually require a ‘2 phono male to 2 phono male’ lead, which we also have in stock.
