Component & Audio to Scart Cable - Component video (YPbPr) is a signal that has been separated into 3 constituent components, red, green and blue. Audio is also encorporated into the design and is stored as 2 separate signals, white (for left audio) and red (for right audio). The scart connection is wired for a component and audio input. A. You have purchased the wrong cable, you need the Scart to Component (audio out) cable. Audio travels in one direction so it is important to check this before purchasing.
