DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders placed before 11am (Monday to Friday) will normally be dispatched the same day, however, orders placed after that time will normally be dispatched the following working day (subject to goods and courier availability).
If you need something fast, for an install or a holiday for example we highly recommend you take out the option for special delivery during checkout as otherwise we cannot specify any exact delivery date as your parcel is part of the standard UK mail service which although generally very fast can be subject to holdups (more so during Christmas holiday period).
Most products are usually delivered in 1 -5 working days. Occasionally due to postal delays they can take longer. We have to allow up to 14 days before we are able to start tracing lost parcels, unfortunately we cannot do anything for you until this time has expired. Please contact us if you do not receive your item(s) within this period so we can help to retrieve your goods. We apologies for any delay.
RETURNS
Faulty items can be returned for a full refund or replacement at the discretion of the customer. Any unopened and unused item can be returned within 7 days for a full refund however, a deduction will be made to cover our previous postage cost. Returned items will be checked and if found to be used or opened, no refund will be given and a charge to re-post will be made. ThatCable will not be responsible for any return costs in this situation. You must notify in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return part or all of your order. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Any goods returned after the 7 day period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. We must be able to resell goods in as 'new condition'. Any goods where packaging has been damaged and therefore rendered un-resalable will not be refunded. Please make sure you have purchased the correct item for your needs before opening any packaging.
Please note that custom made cables or any cut to length cable is non refundable.
